Disappointed

Liked: The room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Location was good.
Disliked: The room was extremely over perfumed. It was a good thing we had a balcony so I could air out the room. We had to pay $10 for parking overnight and the price for the room was overpriced with the overall experience.

Liked: The location to our event was close and easy to access. The front desk staff were friendly, polite and very professional.
Disliked: That there was no complimentary coffee offered (we don't like the instant coffee in the rooms) and complimentary breakfast would be awesome.

Disliked: Paid on booking. Got to the room to check in woman barely spoke. She took my card with no explanation why she needed it. Gave it back. I look the next day on my account she charged me for $170 dollars for something I don't know what. I called they said she did something and was going to get it cleared up and then the next day I look at my account again it went from $170 down to $151.79 I call back and they told me to talk to the manager and she wasn't there.
