Liked: Super clean, nice quite location for a great price

Disliked: Unfortunately, nobody cleaned the room during the 4 nights we spend there.

Disappointing.

Liked: The rooms are large and the beds are comfy. The decor in the lobby is nice and the pool area is well maintained.
Disliked: The breakfast which was advertised as included in the booking didn’t include my sons. It was for 2 adults only and children under 12 eat free. When booking, this was not specified (I would have booked somewhere else). Additionally, the breakfast is an La carte menu from the small bistro in the lobby. The menu is extremely limited with no substitutes for meat. I ordered one of the only meat free options, the avocado on toast, which was under toasted, cold and covered in sun-dried tomatoes which overpowered everything to the point it was inedible, the rest of the dishes very small in size. The polite gentleman on the reception desk waived the fee but we were still left hungry and disappointed. The pool is smaller than the image portrays and it was busy all evening with little hope of getting a lounger despite no one being sat in them. The room was comfy but lacked any of the nice to haves, no ear buds or small packs of essentials. Literally a bar of soap and the shower gel and shampoo. There was in room coffee with no creamer or info on how to get one. Pillows were sparse with only one spare in a drawer. Stains on the carpets and stains on the curtains. Was very basic and we got more from the holiday inn express. Expected more from a Courtyard.

Liked: The stay was good. The staff was good and helpful. I would stay at this location again. We had problems with the tv and they sent someone right away to fix the issue. I had a teenager who wanted to watch tv. Housekeeping was also a big help for our 3 night stay. Thank you again..
Disliked: Parking.. I managed to find a spot. So I can't complain to much about that.

Liked: Location closer to airport. Tesla chargers at the property. Pool, basketball court good for kids.
Disliked: Had to ask front desk for water bottles. No Tea, shower cap, lotion in room/bathroom. When asked, could get some of these. Parking was charged, was not clear while booking.
