I would definitely use this hotel again if I was to come to Indianapolis for a concert again.

Liked: The location was perfect to the venue of the concert my kids were seeing. The beds were comfy, the room was very clean.
Disliked: We had very noisy neighbors! They were partying in their room all day.

The hotel was in a great location, right across the street from The Lawn at White River! Close to restaurants and other downtown sites. We did have to pay extra for parking ($25) though I think this was cheaper than a lot of other hotels.

Liked: Great location!
Disliked: Had to pay for parking.

It suited are needs for...

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, it only took a few minutes to walk to the concert venue. I also appreciated they comped our parking fee. The staff was professional and helpful, excluding the one mentioned below.
Disliked: None of the ice machines worked. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, it also took 15 minutes to get hot. Our room keys did not work when we returned from the concert. The older gentleman at the front desk around 5 am needs some training in customer service.

Overall I loved the location,...

Liked: The location was perfect. We walked to the amphitheater. The view was beautiful from our room. I enjoyed having the bar in the hotel where we grabbed drinks and an appetizer. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was very clean.
Disliked: To be honest the only complaint I have is that our A/C wasn’t working right. Our room wasn’t hot by any means but it could’ve been cooler and when I tried to turn it down it didn’t work. I did not call the desk as we were only staying for one night and it wasn’t the end of the world.

Was in town for DCI...

Liked: Friendly staff and close proximity to event location.
Disliked: Hotel had areas starting to show wear and tear. Bathroom was not very clean.
