I would definitely use this hotel again if I was to come to Indianapolis for a concert again.

Liked: The location was perfect to the venue of the concert my kids were seeing. The beds were comfy, the room was very clean.
Disliked: We had very noisy neighbors! They were partying in their room all day.

The hotel was in a great location, right across the street from The Lawn at White River! Close to restaurants and other downtown sites. We did have to pay extra for parking ($25) though I think this was cheaper than a lot of other hotels.

Liked: Great location!
Disliked: Had to pay for parking.

Liked: The air conditioning was not working well. Although it wasn’t fixed while I was there, they did right by me and credited me a night for free. I appreciate how they tried to make things right. The staff were very friendly

Liked: The room and facility were all very clean and up to date.
Disliked: Each staff member I interacted with was not friendly and gave the impression I was bothering them. This included all the front desk staff and the Bistro worker. The valet attendant however was very friendly.

Awesome

Liked: Me and my friends really enjoy the stay at the courtyard we came down for a lady's conference it was very convenient for us and Brendan took very good care of us we had a small dilemma and he fixed it right away we will stay at the courtyard when we come again there was a young lady we ran out of towels she went and got the towels immediately for us we didn't have to wait I didn't get her name but I like how hard-working they were trying to make everyone have a wonderful stay
