Room was very nice and area was nice. Had a great time.

Disliked: Service at the desk and the rooms weren't ready 2 hours after the specified time.

Liked: It's a very nice and clean hotel ,staff are very helpful I will spend nice time with my family ,close to restaurant and Heresy Park recommended

Great front staff bad bathroom

Liked: Very convenient for Hershey Park and downtown. The front desk were amazing and so helpful. Especially Brandon. Suite was a great size and met our expectations. Lobby area was very clean.
Disliked: Shower had mold and mildew. Also bathroom sink was clogged. Did not provide enough towels so had to ask for more. Not enough working plugs.

Nice, but could do with...

Liked: Staff were all very friendly and professional. Very close to both Hershey Park and Chocolate world. Also several nice restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Shower didn’t have a door, just one glass partition. One side was wide open while you showered. Also had to ask to have our room cleaned. Even then, we were told might not be possible.

Liked: Good vibe in the longe area. Lotta of families traveling for sports
Disliked: Parking spots are a bit narrow. Need more garbage cans
