Liked: The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: No free breakfast. Coffee in the lobby - no flavored creamers. Only one mirror in the room that is in the bathroom. Only one small trash can in the room and that too was in the bathroom. For the price you pay for this hotel I expected a few more things.

Liked: The property has a recently been refreshed. The hotel (especially bathroom) was spotless, the location was great directly across from the GM renaissance and rooms were very large and well laid out. Best part was every single hotel staff we saw was beyond friendly.

Disliked: We arrived at 4:30 only to find out that our room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be ready when we left the hotel to go to a concert. We have to change and get ready for event in a public bathroom. We asked for some monetary compensation but they said that nothing was available since we booked through a third party. This is the last time I will ever book via a third party. The staff was very apologetic but the experience was totally unacceptable and definitely not worth $556 per night.
