Liked: The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: No free breakfast. Coffee in the lobby - no flavored creamers. Only one mirror in the room that is in the bathroom. Only one small trash can in the room and that too was in the bathroom. For the price you pay for this hotel I expected a few more things.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. We had a great time.

Liked: Noah the manager was very accomodating when the type of room wasn't available that I had originally purchased! He amde sure t have a room available the next day! I truly appreciate his kindness and determination.
Disliked: There was nothing I did not like. There was coffee readily available downstairs at Ihop and Apple Bees was so convenient as well. Room was very clean!

Disliked: Nobody told us the hotel was under construction no pool was available and the air conditioning was turned off. The room was hot. It was horrible sleeping

Excellent downtown hotel!

Liked: The hotel was excellent. The staff were helpful and kind and very apologetic about the very minor construction in the lobby. But it didnt affect our stay in the slightest. Our room was brand new and very beautiful, comfortable, and modern. The view was amazing for our 5 year old grandson, who we were taking to Legoland. He loved looking out over the city in our room and out over the river by the elevator. The views were amazing! Having an Applebee's and IHop restaurant in the hotel, exclusive to hotel guests, was so convenient after a long day sightseeing. The city was abuzz with fans for the shows and hockey games, which meant long lines for every other downtown restaurant. It was so nice to go back to the hotel, be seated easily, and have a delicious meal without having to wait an hour plus. I will definitely be staying here again! 10 out of 10!

Disliked: I was double charged for my room. The charge will take 5 days to drop off leaving me out of over 300 dollars for that time. The tv didn’t work. The room never reached our desired temperature. The thermostat was set 5 degrees below what the room actually reached. The gym and pool were both unavailable

Disliked: No swimming pool as was advertised. No sodas in my room or on my floor .
