From check-in to check-out I...

Liked: Location to airport was convenient. Shuttle was quick and both drivers were super friendly and kind. The ladies at the front desk for check in were AMAZING! Showed genuine care and concern for me and that they wanted me to have the best stay. The food was great at the bistro. I’ve been eating vegetarian and they had the hummus plate with veggies and a Mediterranean quinoa bowl that was really good. The pool was indoor and water was warm. The fire pit outside was so soothing and even at 95° outside it still provided a great place to sit alone and relaxing. The bed was SO comfortable. Everything in the room worked - including the AC which was phenomenal.
Disliked: The only thing I wanted to do that I didn’t get to was laundry, the Guest Laundry was out of service but that wasn’t a big deal at all.

Liked: I like the fact that the electricity was out. They ensured us that everything will be working shortly and it was. They were very friendly and professionable.
Disliked: We were not notified that the electricity was out prior to our arrival.

Liked: Nothing the property was over sold and I had to pay for another night somewhere else
Disliked: Front desk was extremely rude, after 24 hours in an airport all I wanted was a bed to sleep in and there was no attempt to help or even try to help I was dismissed immediately
