Liked: The breakfast was really good. I had steel cut oats and the full breakfast once. Hot food, Starbucks coffee. Friendly staff at the restaurant and front desk. Also used the indoor pool. My rate did not include the breakfast but we still ate there rather than walking across the street to Starbucks.
Disliked: I honestly cannot think where they could have improved.

Liked: Walking distance to restaurants and coffee
Disliked: Hotel was good location for our event. However, for the price, no breakfast included and it cost more than our four star luxury hotel in Boston.

Disliked: Room was still being cleaned when I entered it. Coffee pot was missing in the morning. One was delivered when I notified the front desk
