Disliked: The front desk lady was very rude! She took a personal phone call for about 5mins before she helped me/greeting me. When we I asked her if someone could check us in, she said no and continued with her phone call. When she finally helped me , she gave me the wrong room even though I booked it months in advance. When I told her I only had one bed for a family of four,she told me all the rooms were booked. I would never recommend or ever come back to this location just because of the non customer service.

Liked: I could play music through bluetooth to the tv. Great views from the room, full length mirror, EV car charging available in garage, convenient grocery store Harris Teeter right next to hotel. Only 1 free parking however I was able to park our 2nd car als
