Liked: The team onsite went over & above. Very clean hotel & rooms exceptional, comfy bed, lush shower. Speed at check out fast. Rooftop bar was perfect , staff went over & above . Gorgeous view & comfy seating
Disliked: Delays in check in , however the team did support us by offering complimentary drink & upgrade.Breakfast a little lacked lustre, very dried on Monday morning.Poor taking pf credit info £100 deposit not being paid back for 3to5 days, not made clear at arrival.

Disliked: The service from the staff on the front desk was appallingA man called Shay very bad attitude towards me was no help whatsoever the hotel should not be a 5 star it’s far from pool was dirty lifts wernt working weird vibes around the whole place loud music from downstairs until 2 am , do yourself a favour and keep your money

Liked: Spa centre
Disliked: The hotel doesn't have restaurant and car parking. We were charged for parking extra pay 35 £ ,the car parking is far from the hotel. In the reception they offered us to change our room with another and we didn't like the new room .The view was terrible. We paid for room with bath but we didn't have in our bathroom.
