Really great stay, shame on...

Liked: Lovely staff, amazing building, fantastic soar facilities, complimentary upgrade.
Disliked: Few hairs from previous guest not cleaned from the shower. The breakfast quality and choice was quite poor for a 5 star hotel, croissants were rock hard, limited choice.

Liked: Excellent customer service, saed my n reception was super helpful in arranging a late checkout.The pool, spa area, the bowling/games room.The decor throughout is excellent. Room was huge.

Disssapointing.

Disliked: Even though the hotel has a spa, this is included in the price but we were never told you have to book a slot. It ruined a part of our hen do experience totally. They also didn’t have our room ready for 3pm check in as specified we were delayed by an hour due to ‘cleaning’. Room was definitely not cleaned properly we found old blood on the bedsheets and lots of dust. I spoke to staff beforehand when I booked this in advance to clarify a few things, they went back on what they’ve said. This was regarding using the spa on the day of checkout.

Lovely comfortable will definitely be...

Liked: It’s absolutely beautiful. I’ve been here before. Very comfortable. Staff are excellent very kind friendly help as much as they can put themselves are absolutely lovely done extras in the bedroom little balloons up and cake because it was for a special occasion. Thank you so much much appreciated.
Disliked: What did I like being stuck on the fifth floor with broken lifts? One of them was managed to be fixed, but still an inconvenience when you’re on the fifth floor.
