Disliked: Over priced and poor service Felt very dated, stuck in the 80s Bag mix up on check in then numerous other mess ups. The guest information said that there was 24 hour room service food but when i called at 11pm i was told the kitchen was closed.

Liked: The staff here were warm & welcoming absolutely amazing customer service experience. Absolutely brilliant venue with huge original historic features.Lots on offer from a private bowling alley & cinema as well as a swimming pool, sauna & spa treatments.The jail house bar was enjoyable steeped in history it is the perfect place in Old Street for Cocktails.
Disliked: The water in shower was lukewarm never got hot.Breakfast is over priced it should be included with every room booking being a 5⭐️ hotel & the room charges.Dark decor in rooms shows every water or finger mark tv was grimy & shelves in bathroom were water marked.

Disliked: Staff were clueless, hotel had no atmosphere & breakfast one of the worst experiences I’ve had in years. Purported to have parking but curiously unavailable for 3 days….

Disliked: All a bit run down and sad. Pool was in very poor condition, smelt of damp. Toilet flush worked sometimes, didn’t others, tv didn’t work and needed a visit to fix (which they did to be fair). Whole place looked like it was once lovely and now neglected
