Passable

Liked: Location is superb for a Soho or West End visit.
Disliked: No wardrobe in bedroom (instead, two free standing clothes manakins!); no hairdryer; noisy toilet cistern and a faulty over-bath shower.

Excellent hotel, great location and...

Liked: The staff were superb, very friendly and helpful. Room excellent - clean, large comfy bed, great bathroom and toiletries, loads of storage, iron, hairdryer, aircon.Location was excellent as so close to Oxford Circus tube station and the shops and the Palladium.
Disliked: To be honest…can’t think of anything!

Good location, good value but...

Liked: I liked the location as it is perfectly in the center near all main shops and musicals. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bar is good and interesting. Value overall is good.
Disliked: Rooms are old and bed was not comfortable. Hardly I would rate it was 5 stars. Water in shower was not stable and jumped from cold to warm.

Liked: The location was great. 2 minutes walk from Oxford Circus tube.
Disliked: This is not 5 star. Our room was like a spare room. The following points were raised with management the next morning (we didn’t check in until 1030pm) - room was dirty and surfaces covered in dust.- toilet seat was broken and unstable- light switch broken and fell off wall- tatty old fridge plugged in in the middle of the room - tv only worked intermittently - Bed was 2 single bed pushed together rather than a double etc - very uncomfortable -internet router was plugged down the side with wires hanging out into the room. - air con was broken and sounded like it was going to take off.We’ve contact from anyone at the hotel since we stayed even though we were assured we would. I have also emailed with no reply.On another note, the breakfast was £25pp and was awful. Everything was cold, poor and very limited selection and the room it was in was really drab. The photos online make this hotel look really nice but in reality it is not. The communal areas are in poor conduction with crude repairs made. Just isn’t worth the money. Premier inns are far nicer and better value for money. Please think twice before staying here. You can spend your money better elsewhere. I have a catalogue of photos but can only add 4 here…

Great location for a weekend...

Liked: Lovely pillows and beds, good size rooms. Such a brilliant location, staff were really friendly and helpful. Overall very clean hotel with lovely large rooms. The spa was a lovely bonus.
Disliked: Roof top garden closed for a private event which was a shame as it's a big selling point for the hotel. We had an interconnecting room which was locked up but you could clearly hear the next room. The shower was broken but they fixed within 30 mins and couldn't seem to get the TV working.
