Great hotel. Bar need to...

Liked: Location brilliant, just off regent st and almost next door to the Palladium. Staff were all helpful and so polite. Room was comfy.
Disliked: Keep the bars open longer. Returned from theatre at 10.40pm to be told bars closed at 10.30! On a Friday in London. Times stated said 11pm but was told they could serve a drink but we would have to take to the room. Not what we wanted.

Liked: The staff are lovely and so helpful, from Tich in reception to the girls in the spa and Ramadan in the breakfast area.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Location excellent for our trip to London Palladium. Staff very helpful throughout.
Disliked: Absence of handrails on steps from street made access difficult for person with mobility issues.Lack of information in room about hotel facilities.
