Poor quality hotel. Dreadful value...

Disliked: Bar closed at 10.30pm.Breakfast buffet was cold and poorly stocked.Friend's room key didn't work - needed staff to let him in each time.Rooms look scruffy and in need of redecorating.

Disappointing, not worth the money....

Liked: Location was the draw for us.
Disliked: For a 5* Hotel I was shocked that we didn’t have a wardrobe in the room, light fitting hanging off the wall, hot tap on sink was cold only and the TV didn’t work initially. We returned to the hotel at 11.10pm to enjoy a drink in the bar before bed and it was closed!! The breakfast in the morning was like warm at best, to the point I left half of it as it was stone cold.
