Liked: Roomy and clean. Breakfast was good. Easy to find off the highway after a day of driving.
Disliked: We booked using booking.com#1 "Free Parking" was misleading. We've traveled a lot and usually that means there's plenty of space in the lot for a pull through. We were pulling a 6X12 Uhaul behind our truck, and the parking lot could not accommodate our vehicle. It was frustrating to pull into the lot only to realize that we would have to back out to get back to the street to try to find a parking place on the street. A description note that the lot cannot accommodate trailers would have been nice.#2 We got a deal for "extra room" by booking adjacent queen with 2 beds & King suites. When we got into the King we could see there was a walk through door to a neighboring room, which had already been rented out. Our second room was across the hall and down several doors. It wasn't a huge deal, but we thought it would be convenient to have the connected room for family. We were traveling with a baby, and the neighboring room had a dog. We were concerned that if the baby had a bad night they might wake the neighbors, and if the neighbor's dog was noisy it might wake the baby.

Disliked: There was no elevator we are in our 70's and walk with a cane Carrying lugage and cooler up over 15 steps is very hard We asked for a bottom level room but did not get it

Liked: They were able to accommodate request to be close to entry way. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Initially had issue with TV.

Liked: Staff was very polite. Beds are comfortable with a nice ceiling above the beds.
Disliked: Only 4 tables available for Breakfast. Very basic stuff for breakfast. Coffee weak. Room furniture was outdated and our sink had a major crack thru it. Towel rack had kept falling apart and there was no pool or spa available. Parking is tight if you don't get there early.

Disliked: Room was VERY basic. A lamp didnt' work. the towel bar fell off the wall when I used a towel. Maintenance not great.

Disliked: No elevatorThe front clerk on 4/25 at 8 am was standing in front of the door smoking after I had moved the car from one end of the building to the front as I had loaded the car for my mom (weak has cancer) and son (has rare hip disease) and then moved it closer to them so they didn’t have far to walk after breakfast. The clerk made a off comment about me not wanting to walk and when I said I was moving it for my mom she stated walking isn’t bad I let her know my mom had cancer and walked away. I found the interaction rude and inconsiderate

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Great water pressure in the shower. We arrived about 9 pm, left at 7 am, wasn't there long enough to take advantage if the facilities, but for a short stay close to the highway it was ideal.
