Absolutely Dirty and full of...

Liked: The staff was friendly, the location is in Brandon where there's lots of shopping and restaurants and it was 7 miles from the cruise line.
Disliked: The hotel smells in the halls and rooms, the bathrooms are filthy and there are dead roaches in the rooms. We changed rooms twice after finding dead roaches in the window ceilings and the bed under the pillows. The clerk told us they just had the exterminator come out but it was apparent, that no one checked the rooms after they left. We were only staying one night and once we found them in the 2nd room my husband and to just had the sheets changed and they tried to insinuate we were lying bc my husband killed and flushed the roaches in the 1st room. In the second room, we left it on the bed so they could see it. The bottom of the tubs are black and mold on the walls. I will never stay here again.

Liked: Ample space for my hubby and I! My hubby was able to watch his sports, and I was able to put my feet up and catch up on some work in another room.
Disliked: Breakfast. There were no other breakfast meat options except pork. The milk was left on the counter. It's ok to leave the milk on the counter but place the container in ice to keep the milk cold. It was difficult with traffic, getting in and out of the hotel to get food. Even walking can be a little tricky due to traffic. It would be nice if the hotel had a shuttle to transport guests.....for free.

Disliked: This hotel should be shut down and inspected. I had to switch two different rooms and both were unacceptable. A ( ROACH ) was crawling across the tv cabinet.

Liked: The staff very friendly and the location is great. Breakfast was amazing and super clean area. Ladies kept cleaning and replenishing breakfast area.
Disliked: Pool looked like it hasnt been clean in months. Super dirty. Tv wasnt workiing properly. We couldnt watch any tv, and we couldnt take our daughter to the pool. Elevators and room smelled bad.

Disliked: Rooms smelled bad and had to get a new room and that room smelt horrible as well. Hair all in the shower. It was nasty
