Disliked: The hotel smells terrible and one of the sheets of the bed had paw prints and the smell was so bad.

Liked: Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very well equipped room (fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, iron, hair dryer). Good breakfest and starting very early in the morning. Shuttle to the airport without problems.
Disliked: This hotel offer a free transport from and to the airport. The number I called didn't answer so I had to take a cab. I had asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room facing to the busy University Drive. After complaing they gave me a room facing to the quieter parking lot but having the central A/C in front of my window. So far about customer service. There was a computer in the lobby, but the mouse didn't work - so completely useless. The cable of one lamp was so horribly twisted that the isolation was broken and the copper wire was exposed. The pool was closed.
