Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The hotel smells terrible and one of the sheets of the bed had paw prints and the smell was so bad.

Not happy with this hotel....

Liked: The breakfast was good. I did not get the girls name but she was checking on eggs and sausage refilling wiping kept counter very clean.
Disliked: We arrived late. They couldn't find my reservation and they called me when I was still in Houston to ask if I was would still be checking in I said yes. As soon as we got there late like at 12:45 am there was people smoking at the balcony and smell very bad it was not cigarettes....... to many sketchy people outside hanging out smoking the bad stuff. The rooms tv was not working the room next door to us smell like marijuana and I was not happy with that. We left to Sedona the next day and when we got back we had no clean towels. They told me I had to request yet no one told me I had to request clean towels and request to clean our room. So I had to go downstairs and request clean towels. The lady was helping with a check in I did let her know we needed towels and she said as soon as she was done well I had been hiking all day and I needed a good shower but I had no clean towels. I had to go back downstairs and I told her and she said it is only me but the lady had already left so I am not sure why she did not take them upstairs. I was not rude and even told her I know but it has been 30 minutes and she was not helpful. We got in late I understand and we are 2 older women and we did not even want to pass by the balcony where the 2 men where using drugs. We felt uncomfortable then we go to our room and our room next door also smelled like marijuana. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!

Disliked: No cable and when asked, no plan to have it fixed promptly, the shuttle to the airport was “out” although they said arrangements could be made, fixtures in the bathroom in disrepair,specifically the tub, obvious filthy telephone. I asked housekeeping for cleaning supplies to wipe the room down myself. No offer for any compensation or apology for any of the above. We are not fussy people but we were disgusted.

Liked: reservation and check in were pretty easy
Disliked: location is not well lit, and under some minor repair. This led to me tripping off a ledge and hitting the dirt pretty hard.

Disliked: Morning shuttle ran only on the hour. In order to avoid long airport wait, ordered my own Uber.
