Good just need to improve...

Liked: Friendly Staff very professional. It was quiet.
Disliked: Well needs a little maintenance. And the one thing that needs improvement is the continental breakfast should have eggs and sausage. More protein.

Liked: They gave us a cookie on arrival. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Biscuits were hard and stale. The pool area had paint chips laying around in piles which turned us off. Was really looking forward to a swim. The door on our room was coming off of its hinges. There was no striker plate.

Facility, food and employees were...

Liked: I'm not sure why someone in a room alone should pay the same as a family of 5. Way overpriced for 1 person.When I booked.....I sure thought the price was $220 per night. I paid $690... that's ridiculous for 1 person!!!
Disliked: PRICE

Hotel is the right place...

Liked: Room was perfect for the family, we did not expect have a nice room
Disliked: Have to pay for the parking, did not shows in the web about it

I will do again in...

Liked: Very close to Omaha AirPort.
Disliked: I had to wait for the front desk for over ten minutes to show up.

Great location, but outdated rooms.

Liked: Location is great. Staff was friendly and provided individually wrapped cookies upon arrival!
Disliked: Facility is dated. Rooms need major updates, they are showing their age with the warn carpets, outdated bathrooms and decor. Removing the carpet, a fresh coat of paint and more modern decor would help. A bathroom remodel would also give the room a more refreshed look and feel.

Liked: Staff was nice and tried to help us in any way they could.
Disliked: There was no phone, we had to get someone to come up to make the TV work.
