Worst place I’ve ever stayed

Disliked: Room was nasty. Noise control was not maintained. People were screaming and fighting until 4 am and staff did not put a stop to it.

Disliked: Everything door was hard to open close beds uncomfortable pool looked dirty chlorine was so strong i got two room i checked out off mine same day phone or tv didn’t work in my room i didn’t feel comfortable at all

Liked: My room and the hotel in general was very clean. My bed and pillows were very comfortable. The person at the front desk was very friendly. There was plenty of parking and the hotel is very close to Eppley Airfield. The hotel was quiet and the fan a/c -heater fan worked well. Overall a good stay.
Disliked: The hotel is older. There is some scuffed paint and the sink was cracked. That said the threshold strip on the floor going into the bathroom seemed new so I feel like the hotel is being maintained. I left very early in the morning and there was no one at the front desk to take my key. There was a note in my room saying to leave the key at the front desk. That didn't bother me too much but thought I should mention it. Since I left at 5 am I didn't get breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Disliked: The staff hung out with people staying there or showing up. The pool was green. The rooms are dirty and bedding looked unwashed. The floor was not vacuumed. Staff just seems rude like not welcoming at all. The roof of the pool was leaking. When we entered our room it smelled bad and the lock didn't work on the door. I never have bad reviews but I would never stay here again. Also bums hangout drinking outside. Good luck if you stay here.
