Disliked: The property use to be nice, now it looks old and run down.

Liked: Staff was very nice. Our stay was fine for the price. The room was clean.
Disliked: The rest of the hotel didn't feel that clean. Pool looked dirty and other common areas look old and run down. The room we stayed in was against the laundry room and it made a very loud noise in our room.

Liked: I enjoyed the free waffle at breakfast along with the eggs and bacon. Free coffee was nice too. The food was well handled and prepared, but the tables and chairs in the eating area were filty, please just clean or replace them.
Disliked: My room had two full size beds with 4 pillows each. I slept on one bed horribly, the matress was firm with a crater in the center, my body ached and I did not sleep well. I tryed the other bed and it was no better. The pillows were way to soft and did not support at all. Miserable 4 nights with no sleep. I AM STILL RECOVERING. There was NO wifi. NO Internet. It is 2024 and they did not have a functioning wifi. The staff claimed it was being fixed and wolld be up shortly. They lied, obvious lie. They had no intention of fixing it, or just gave up on it. I also question the cleanliness of the place. For the price I paid, I had no room service, there was a grime over everything in the place. I am sorry, the one women at the front desk was very nice, but I really would NOT go back unless they put some money back into the business and cleaned / fixed up some stuff.

Liked: Nothing. The front desk told us that they were going to remodel in the off season.
Disliked: The rudeness of the front desk, the moldy shower curtain which we had to tell the front desk twice to change it

Liked: Staff are friendly and water pressure was good.
Disliked: Very dirty! From the lobby to the elevator. Room had roaches. WiFi didn’t work. The hotel is dog friendly, but the parking lot and surrounding areas are very dark and not safe to walk the dog. Breakfast was a joke, not worth it.
