We came to visit my...

Liked: The location was very good and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom was clean but had an odor. There was a phone in the room but not connected to anything. There was a "garden tub" in the room but, even though they had a put a towel and soap on it, it did not work (no water).They only service rooms every 3 days. Very limited breakfast selection and, worst off all, coffee was so weak it looks more like dirty water.

Liked: The room, location, and a very good breakfast
Disliked: Nothing

What we paid for what...

Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: I am not sure how often the grounds crew come but the parking lot was overgrown. Add the daily rain and it is easy to slip in the leaves not to mention that the small walkway from the parking lot to the building you can barely get through.

Disappointed, over priced…

Liked: It was in a good location. There was plenty of restaurants and a fairly decent night life. It was close to the pier which is why we booked staff was friendly
Disliked: The place is dated had a weird smell had to purchase some air freshener and candles from the Cracker Barrel. Plumbing kept making a high pitched squealing sound like it was trying to release pressure.

It was a great value...

Liked: Convenient for my plans.
Disliked: The building interior could use a little “TLC” to freshen it up.

Overall I plan on staying...

Liked: Very clean, kind staff, great value, close to the beach.
Disliked: Jacuzzi in suite didn’t have a faucet.
