Beware!!! bed bugs!

Disliked: Room 414 :Bed bugs, AC in the room kept kicking off, super stained carpets, sprayed in enamel peeling out of the bathtub.... But the biggest issue was WAKING UP TO the BEDBUGS! Had they been seen when I checked to see if the sheets were clean up on arrival I would have been out of there in .5 seconds. This still has not been resolved. Over 72 hours post checkout the hotel has not yet made any attempt to reach out and resolve this situation via booking or personally, no offer to compensate for tx of my belongings etc. and In fact one employee said well how do we know you didn't bring them in.... This is unacceptable, this is why I don't like traveling to places where I can't stay with friends or family. If I had brought them I would not be complaining about them! I have a family member that owns a pest extermination company, I would be happy to give the hotel their number, We don't tolerate bugs!

Disliked: Pull out couch was very uncomfortable, and old. Felt the springs through the mattress. No sheets available when requested during first night.

Disliked: Random people entering to use the restroom, panhandling near the main entrance. The air did not work during three nights out of four nights of my stay. House keeping did not change the sheets.
