Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Lincoln North Hotel and Conference Center NE

The rooms looked good from what we checked. The beds were okay but woke up with a sore back. I would probably stay there again. I was not a big fan of the restaurant.

Disliked: They had a water pipe break so fans trying to dry the areas out no pool access. They linens felt like sand paper and the bathroom shower was not the best. Asked for a king bed got 2 queens

Liked: The pet policy was accomodating and room location convenient for coming and going with my dog. The property was large and ample parking . The beds were comfy, the room was tidy and the bathroom very clean. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The sink in the room was nearly clogged and drained very, very slowly. The property exterior could use a bit of TLC with the sidewalks crumbling and uneven. The carpet in my room and could use a good deep cleaning or replacement. In general, a good value yet could use a little bit of TLC throughout.

Liked: Excellent breakfast bar. The room was quiet.
Disliked: Have stayed there in the past and it appeared to have dropped a bit in building maintenance. Was there for several days and never got room service. I had to use my own garbage bag to empty the waste baskets. I called for towels and told to throw the wet ones in the hall. Also, room lacked toilet paper. I did not expect this as this was a fairly expensive choice. The first thing I saw when I parked in the lot was a big sign saying the motel was not liable for theft or car damages! Made me wonder if there was a crime problem. And the curb and sidewalks were in poor condition.

Rooms need remodeled

Liked: Front staff was great! Very positive! Lobby and breakfast bar looks very nice.
Disliked: Uncomfortable beds, room was not cleaned except the bedding. Stained carpet.

Pleasant

Liked: The property worked well for the location we needed.
Disliked: The room was missing the hairdryer. We had to wait over an hour for them to get from another room. There were really unpleasant smells in the hallway.

Disliked: room smelled, air conditioner wined and didnt work well, pool and hot tub didn't work. wouldn't give a discount or something to make it right.
