False Advertisement!!!!

Liked: The room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I paid for the most expensive room: King suite with Whirlpool, because my husband and I wanted to relax this weekend and upon entering the room, there was not a jacuzzi in the room as per what was stated upon booking. I called the front desk and told them that I specifically paid for the most expensive room on the property, just so we could have an in-suite jacuzzi. I was then told that they no longer have those and that there is a kitchen in the room now, where the jacuzzi was. I could have paid for a regular room at $98.00 instead of $243.00, for what we got. False advertisement on the website and I will be reaching out to the proper people in regards to this. VERY DISAPPOINTED and more than a little upset!!!!

Overall poor

Liked: First ..it over booked and they told us there was no room (booked it months ago). They tried to move us but then when we complained they magically had our room. Tried to move us into a smaller room and then when we complained gave us our original room. First room we got when we arrived smelled like smoke. A musky smell. Finally got moved into a cleaner room and ended up ok. Lady I talked to first when calling (who said she was the manager that day) was eating while talking and just trying to blow the situation off. Just rude. It took me asking for the head manager of the facility to call me and get anything worked out. Just not a good overall professional place.

Liked: Lady at front desk was very rude .. was trying to stop and sleep for a little before having to hit the road again and ended up having to just sleep in my car for a little then hit the road again .
