Liked: Clean room, nice staff, good breackfast
Disliked: Not enouph parking spots! No clock in room. No light over the desk. Tolite seat is loose rrom 414. Stairwell fire doors left open all days and nights by contractor!

Disappointing

Disliked: Had semi trailers taking up at least 25% of parking spots. Could find a spot 2 of 3 days I was there. Had to worry that my vehicle whould be towed away, so I couldn't sleep. Won't stay there again.

Liked: Breakfast and location very good.Except one , all people attending was very nice. Hotel renovated you can smell the paint.
Disliked: requested a disable room they gave me one on third floor. Elevator ok. I asked for a shower chair, they took more than 2 days getting one. They brought me one with 3 legs and the one left was there so we need to fix??? Then they gave us a board to put over the tub, my husband felt and hit his back, one elbow bleeding. Husband call VA nurse ask my husband to go the hospital , we went I drove him was close. We didn't want a ambulance for the big cost. I ask 2 young men at the lobby in that moment help me to take my husband from tub, he couldn't do that alone or with my help. They help us...

Liked: Close to gateway hospital
Disliked: Remodeling right now and whole building smelled. Air conditioner didn't work. Staff not friendly

Liked: Ended up staying back to back nights. Great location..tons of food options. Quiet hotel. Very well maintained and kept. I'd stay here again with no hesitation.
