Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is near the hospital I was working at. I've stayed at this location several times. It has been renovated but there are still many places need replacing or repairing.
Disliked: Assigned 221 had to be moved to 203. I was unpacking in 221 I noticed a huge puddle of water in the entire left corner of room and the center under air conditioner. I tried to call desk but phone not working. The "upgrade" to a suite was not as nice.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable
Disliked: First we were given a room that was occupied!! The TV did not offer local stations ABC NBC. CBS The phone did not work the Pool was out of service the front desk person could care less attitude

Disliked: Not clean. Middle of name change. Lots of issues with room. Broken toilet, door handle, dirty sheets.

Liked: Staff were nice and polite
Disliked: Beds to high, for 5', After we bought step stool staff found one. No sofas in suite. Name changed to Comfort Inn, which are over rated. No sure if they had handicap rooms, wasn't offered with surgery scheduled, I had no time to find different room.

Disliked: Had to wait on towels noise was to the point you couldn't sleep trashman can at 3am had to move rooms twice.

Liked: Loved the large room and its high ceilings. The room was neat and clean. Very spacious. Modern light fixtures. Bathroom was spacious, clean, well-lit. The personnel was friendly and professional.
Disliked: The room needs at least one big comfy chair in which to sit, and perhaps a round table, in addition to the desk already there.

Liked: Staff was amazing. Enjoyed breakfast
Disliked: Toilet k ept running
