Liked: There were other guests, but it was quiet.
Disliked: The bathroom had hair left from cleaning.

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: I asked for an extra blanket, replying to the “welcome” text that asked if I needed anything. It never came. Carpet in 320 was very badly stained in many places. Don’t know if it was dirty also, but made it appear that way.

I'm not going to stay there again.

Liked: Breakfast is included.
Disliked: My room smelled really bad. It was disgusting.

Great stay, would definitely recommend....

Liked: Conveniently located by the Mid-America Center (literally connected to the venue). Breakfast was good, hot and cold options. Pool was fantastic, perfect size for the kids to have fun. The hotel was full due to a cheer/dance competition that we were attending and it was still very quiet throughout the night.
Disliked: Room could have been a bit cleaner, there were spots on the floor and a couple of small stains on the sheets. The toilet seemed a little dirty as well but nothing horrible. Breakfast room was fairly small, but we were able to take our food back to our room.

Liked: It stunk of smoke the whole hotel had a bad smell and then the room smelled like smoke
Disliked: The smell and breakfast didn’t look very appetizing

Liked: It was close to mid America center where our activity was. Surprisingly quiet for being next to an outside door and during an extremely busy/full hotel.
Disliked: Not the most comfortable bed ever but it wasn’t bad either. No complaints
