Liked: Absolutely nothing horrible stay I will not book through them again or you guys
Disliked: We booked for a King room after checking in and going to the room we realized we received a room with two twin beds I went to the desk and she said they are sold out and they don’t know how we was able to book a king room she was very rude about it and basically said it was nothing that could be done and we was charged 200 dollars for a room we didn’t even book , they also was doing construction heavy equipment laying around in and outside of the hotel they were loud starting at 7am in the room banging and drilling they where outside of the windows working I did not feel comfortable walking in my room with my curtains open so I would leave the room during the day and wait till the workers left to come back to the room but was awaken at 7am to men outside my window painting the building and loud banging and drillingFrom the third floor horrible experience I will NEVER come back

Great new manager

Liked: Robin, the manager, was very nice, phenomenal even and made sure we were well taken care of.
Disliked: It was under construction, and booking.com didn't make us aware of it when we booked. They also weren't serving breakfast because of the renovations. We were upset about all of that, but we loved how gracious and kind Robin was and made our stay good.

Will definitely be back if...

Liked: Breakfast was great! Great service!
Disliked: Beds was a little firm but my wife enjoyed them.

Liked: The king suite was spacious
Disliked: They were renovating the hotel and I wasnt aware until I checked in, so the access to the pool is closed and no continental breakfast is being served at this time.
