Liked: I dint like my overall experience the rooms wasn’t to my liking.
Disliked: The rooms were not clean. The first room house keeping didn’t clean. The second one was. Okay but still dirty spot I just settle because I couldn’t. Get a refund

Liked: I liked the location. Most shopping and entertainment venues weren't far from the hotel.
Disliked: The staff only addressed my spouse, not me. The lobby elevator was out of service, and the ice machine on my floor was as well. The only operating elevator shook violently when we rode it. The chair in the room had a dried white liquid on it, the microwave wasn't clean, the bathroom mirror and kleenex dispenser were dirty, the bottom of the bathtub felt dirty, and the toilet didn't flush properly and required someone to hold the handle down for a long time. We asked for an extra pillow or two and were told there were no extras.

Disliked: The elevator was really outdated It shakes really bad when you’re on in and the last inspection noted on the elevator was in 2022.The light in the bathrooms are automatic so when you enter the washroom, the light automatically comes on and there’s no way you can turn it off and be without light while you’re in the bathroom .The smoke alarm has red blinking lights. That’s very irritating when you’re trying to sleep. The tub has a permanent ring around the tub
