Very disappointed and will not...

Liked: The rugs in the room were filthy stained. The headboard had stains there were red bugs crawling in the sink. Only one wash cloth. The property outside shows horrible. The pavement needs a lot of work. The breakfast didn’t have a good selection.

They canceled booking or atleast...

Liked: They overbooked and canceled my booking. They lied and said they emailed me which they did not. I received multiple emails after the time in which she said the cancellation email was sent. When we got there lobby was full of people waiting on rooms to be cleaned at 5 pm. When check in was for 3. I had to take me and my three kids in the pouring rain in Charlotte and find a hotel where the whole city was booked full!

Poor and worrying!

Liked: Check in and out worked well. The room was clean.
Disliked: On parking up (10 o’clock at night) at the rear of the property, there were people, who could only be described as prostitutes and drug dealers hanging around the parking lot (what smelled like) smoking pot. This made us worried for the safety of our car. As we walked through the corridors to our room, there were groups of people hanging around which made us feel uncomfortable. Once we settled down for the night, there was continuous shouting and commotions from the reception area (not sure if it was guests or the receptionists), corridors and rooms around us, making for a very unrest full night. The bed was really uncomfortable, lumpy as though what ever supports were in the mattress had collapsed. When we commented to reception on check out, we got a feeling that they weren’t interested and didn’t really care about our observation. All in all, we would NOT stay there again.

Disliked: I called the front desk about the smell in the room, and they never called me back.The hotel has a very unsafe feeling about it.The room I was in (157) had no working light in the bathroom. I believe they had bedbugs.
