Sad and dingy

Disliked: Old everything

Don’t let the “Radisson” part...

Disliked: Cigarette burn in my pillow case (a nonsmoking room), shower curtain was falling apart and stained, hair all over, smelled like smoke. They charged extra for park and ride to airport.

Disliked: The first room they gave me had a bad smell. The second room same smell felt like something was crawling on me. The room smell so bad, it made us sick. They gave me a third room it was OK. The beds and pillows where very uncomfortable. They cleaning was horrible. We had to clean our own room. The only reason I stayed because, it was not refunded. The pool was nasty and dirty.

Disliked: False advertisement about the pool they didn’t have no washcloths at all the room smelled like pee

Liked: The hotel was ratty. There were marks and holes on walls in public spaces with stains on lobby furniture. Food and wrappers in compartment of computer area. stains on bedskirt and headboards in rooms. Mold in bathroom showers.
Disliked: Bed was comfortable. The over (original) design of spaces was nice just don't look so closely

I will never stay again.

Liked: Breakfast choices were minimal and taste less. Staff was patient and nice.
Disliked: Sent to a room that was already occupied. We scared a lady attempting to enter the room at midnight. Key would not open the room door assigned. Loud music playing from the desk down the hall from the initial room we were assigned to. Just flew in from Spain. Tried, missed flight ….etc We just wanted to go to bed. Linen felt dirty. Towels looked used already.
