Disliked: It wasn't clean at all , they changed my room the first one was a disaster , The breakfast is very poor , tables not clean for days ...The staff doesn't smile at all .

Liked: The girls at the front desk seemed motivated.
Disliked: My daughter and I had just flown in from Japan and we just needed a place to sleep for the night before our drive home and my daughter woke up about 1:30 am with bites on her hand and her whole arm was swollen. We immediately pulled the mattress out to find what had bitten her and it was just disgusting back there. Old dirty socks and it looked like food crumbs or something all over the floor behind the mattress. I also saw a roach crawling in the bathroom. We had to leave about 2:00 a.m. so I could get her to urgent care. I have emailed the manager and gotten no response. I will not ever be staying here again.There were some sketchy patrons hanging around as well.

Ok....except the car.....

Disliked: I went to the front desk and told them about a vehicle parked outside my window at room 111. It had one and sometimes two men sitting in it for at least 3 hours. I saw one woman come to the car and leave after about 5 minutes. Sometimes the red brakes lights were on. It finally left. The entire time I was nervous about it right next to my window!!! I was scared. It didn't leave or move for at least 2 hours after I reported my fears to the man at the front desk.
