Liked: The room they gave us was smelling of weed. At the front desk it was clearly mentioned the property is a non smoking zone. Staff at front desk was super rude. I also raised a complaint with the Radisson corporate team.
Disliked: Room smelled horrible, beyond expectation how can they give that room to a customer. The digital key was not working on the 2nd day, coz front desk activated it only for a day when I was staying there for 2 days. All in all I’m never going to stay in any of this brand.

Disliked: place was filthy and falling apart; no one seemed to care. A slum!

Disappointed.

Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: It was dirty. Staff was not friendly. Dirty linens. Used dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower. Hallways reaked of marijuana.

Disliked: Noisy from the airport

Somewhat depressing although the shuttle...

Liked: Good location to Airport.
Disliked: The place was worn out and nothing special. Room wasn’t very clean and the shower didn’t work at all. I stayed here because I missed a connection because of airport delays.

Would never stay again

Disliked: My stay here was frustrating from the very beginning. I booked the room under my name, but when we arrived, the hotel refused to accept my husband’s card for the deposit—even though the room had already been paid for. He had his ID, which matched the card, we share the same last name, and I even showed that he’s an authorized user on my account. I understand having policies in place, but there needs to be room for common sense. We weren’t trying to pay with a random card—this was my husband, standing next to me, clearly connected to the reservation. It was an unnecessary hassle and made the check-in experience stressful. I do appreciate the front desk worker who helped me set up tap-to-pay so we could finally get it sorted.Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The comforters had visible stains, the mattress was rock-hard and uncomfortable, and worst of all—there were roaches in the room.Overall, this place was a huge disappointment. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Good place to stay overall....

Liked: Breakfast was delicious! Waffles, biscuits, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, coffee, juice, milk. The pool was refreshing.
Disliked: The bedspread had a couple holes in it and the curtain was ripped
