Would definitely recommend the Jacuzzi...

Liked: Was very clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly
Disliked: Wish the jacuzzi was bigger but it was very nice still and need a elevator

Unsatisfied and annoyed

Liked: It was easy to check in.
Disliked: The staff seemed annoyed with me almost everytime I asked for something I needed. The room was not well kept up on. Lamp shades had slashes through them, paint chipped off of walls,dead bugs squished on the walls and left there, bathroom smelled like sewage, all towels were stained yellow. The pool was dirty and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. Saturday night the outside of the building was busy with bikers and other random people just hanging out. Police were driving around. I saw a roach in the bathroom at night and was ready to get out of there immediately that morning.

Won’t stay her again with...

Disliked: The staff. I was walked over. Booking was made more than a month ahead for 3 adults. Receptionist informed me at about 3pm day of check in thatRoom has toilet leak and isn’t available soThey’re bumping us to a King. We’re 3 adults. An offer for rolling bed was made. Done. Upon arrivalAt the property past 12 midnight the crazy receptionist told me that no room was available and that a refund can be made. I braced myself from strangling her. We travelled out of state and arrived past midnight and she’s telling me nonsense. Eventually after a battle, she gave the king.I should’ve sued that witch.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The spa bath was broken the water kept leaking out the room was not that clean. The mini refrigerator smelled bad and was not clean. The breakfast was cold. I feel that we deserve some partial refund. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. This was suppose to be an enjoyable night for us it was my 61st birthday.
