Great staff, excellent location, but...

Liked: Location, staff, bed and water pressure.
Disliked: The worst was a surprise $25 a day facilities fee which should have been included already in our prepaid bill, especially because they have no facilities. It's a very sleazy way to pad the bill for a price we would have happily paid upfront. If we hadn't already paid for the room we would have left. Everything was very dated, the advertised enclosed shower was actually a tub with a shower over. the breakfast was smoked salmon, cucumbers, hard boiled eggs and various breads, every day.

Will not recommend; will never...

Disliked: It sounded like there were people in our room; we could hear people talking as if they were sitting right next to us. Then to add to this noise, there was dumping of glass, so we heard shattering breaking glass multiple times throughout our night. Noisy, nothing special room that was overpriced. We were charged an amenity fee after we checked out, but nobody ever told us about the amenity fee; in fact the person who checked us out said we were all paid up. Then mysteriously we receive an invoice for an amenity fee. That was subsequently refunded, because I questioned how they can just charge my card after we left without my knowledge. Horribly run hotel.
