Worst stay of my life!

Liked: Literally NOTHING
Disliked: Stuck in dirty room .over charged especially compared with other country inn and suites. Asked for toilet paper and they had none and offered a box of tissue instead for my family of 6! Told me they had to do laundry first every time I asked for clean towels or sheets. I literally couldn't for the life of me get some clean blankets or a room change that was clean considering my stay was over a month long! Never had house keeping one time come into my room to clean it. Had to go buy my own trash bags and take out my trash every day! Also had to buy toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo,etc.) Also pool was supposed to be open on March 31st and is still closed .kids would have loved to enjoy that especially for my daughters 11th birthday plus Easter! In multiple days during my stay right in the front lobby there was a serious amount of water pouring through the ceiling right into the lobby! They literally had not one thing to offer considering my family stayed in the biggest suite. They couldn't even offer one discounted night and when ever booked through booking.com they charged me even more money and told me to book directly through them to make their job easier . Need I say more?

Clean and comfortable stay

Liked: The room was very spacious. We had 2 queen size beds. There was a desk and office chair, a lounge chair and ottoman, microwave and mini fridge. There was an iron and ironing board also. A nice dresser to put your clothing and a closet. The bathroom was nice size as well. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and plenty of it at 6:00 a.m.
Disliked: The guy driving the diesel truck that decided 3:00 a.m. was a good time to rev up the motor and go in and out of the hotel parking lot for what seemed like the next hour. I know this is not something the hotel can control, but other then that I have no complaints.
