Liked: There was an airport transfer often
Disliked: Most things, bunches of hair on my towels, dirty coffee machine, uncleaned bath, swimming pool area closed, very very rude and unfriendly staff. I could really go on and on.

Disliked: Maybe more signage in the room about the amenities in the cabinet (Didn't know until afterward with another family member's room).

Disliked: I didn't like the smell of drugs in the hallways

Liked: The hotel in itself is okay, the room seemed clean enough.
Disliked: The check in line was always full, making it hard to talk to the woman at reception, seems like she needs more staff on hand. The hallways smelled pretty bad of smoke and pot, room did at first too.
