Overall the hotel is set...

Disliked: I booked for 2 nights upon arrival you are asked how many children & adults would be staying my experience was fine until I received a call about noise complaints me & my 3 children were on the floor playing UNO the person called was very impolite I checked out early & my kids were really upset I asked for a room on a Lower floor & was told no after the complaint
