Liked: The decor and style of the building was outstanding! Amazing spiral staircase. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Attention to detail exceptional.Even down to writing a personal message on a large mirror welcoming us for our anniversary stay

Liked: Great location, very nice and friendly staff, one of the staff called "Reyes" was so kind and gave me a tour in the hotel while explaining the history of the building, I appreciate this a lot! the hotel is different with a combination of old and modern style. Comfortable beds, and very nice facility.

Disliked: Very small, dark room without any view. The bathroom was really dirty (there were dirt footsteps on the floor). The Safe didn’t work. Poor wifi.

One of the best hotels...

Liked: My mum and I stayed at Cotton House for a weekend trip to Barcelona. The hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, they really made our stay even more enjoyable. The building and the décor are stunning. The terrace and pool area are wonderful places to enjoy drinks and food in the sunshine. I couldn't recommend this place enough!
