Its okk because of location....

Liked: Room sizes can be bigger, breakfast option can be better with live counter and vegetarian options are not enough also no vegan option.

Good Option near Hyde Park

Liked: The location is the best part.
Disliked: Most housekeeping staff is contractual so whenever we requested something, it took very long. Also, the room we stayed in had a very fowl smell. It seemed like the room was not used in a very long time.

It could have been better,...

Liked: The location was fine and the breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful. The room did have air conditioning which was appreciated and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The pictures of the rooms on the website looked better than what I was given. Although I paid for an upgrade the bathroom and room decor was tired.

Liked: The property was in a good location
Disliked: The room smelt of dampness, the carpet was worn bare in several places, mould round window frame. Outdated and in need of modernisation.

Highly disappointing room

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: the standard room, which we got, i doubt we can even call it a room, they were even smaller than stores. After paying so much amount, having to live in such kind of a property was a pain as there was no space at all. Not recommended at all.

Liked: Location only
Disliked: The hotel needs a renovation. Very shabby, decor is poor generally with walls and skirting boards very damaged. The room was not cleaned to a very high standard. The windows were filthy as was the bath with chunks out of it.
