Poor quality, zero quality and...

Liked: Very out dated and rooms were very small and not to the standard I expected. When I asked to upgrade the man who checked me in told me it’s not worth upgrading and nothing was available other than the suite and I shouldn’t bother as it’s not great
Disliked: Room were smelly. Old and nasty. The shower bathroom was for children. It was super small.

Liked: Easy to find - close to Lancaster tube station 🚉- walking distance from Paddington train station Friendly staff - easy check in

location good

Liked: Breakfast was good some staff were very friendly location was ideal
Disliked: Attitude of duty manager when we had an issue with our room keys, After being moved to 2 rooms we found one where the keycard worked. The duty manager wasnt helpful he blamed us for using a mobile phone near the keycard we hadnt even got into a room never mind emptied our luggage. The receptionist sent with us to help with room key was more interested in how his face looked as we went in the lift then when we got to the floor he didnt know where our room was.

Disliked: The shower didn’t work the greatest but for 2 nights it wasn’t a real issue
