Pleasant

Liked: Great location, reasonably priced, comfy bed
Disliked: Very tired accommodation, poor plumbing, poor air con, badly in need of a renovation. Hotel looks grand in the lobby but this was not reflected in the room

Good location, friendly staff. Air...

Liked: Was clean and well equipped with everything I could need. I.e hairdryer, iron tea coffee and toiletries.
Disliked: Children under 16 could pay half for breakfast. £15/£19 is a bit steep

We were utterly delighted with...

Liked: The hotel was situated within easy (bus) reach of central London and a short stroll from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. It is a large, impressive building that looked well maintained. All the lifts worked, the corridors were clean and quiet. and the staff were helpful, efficient and courteous. Our room was modest in size but had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We were on the 7th floor and we had a view of the park.
Disliked: Can't honestly think of anything we didn't like.

Very good will be back

Liked: The bed was comfy, the room was a good size for two of us, the breakfast was good, staff were good.
Disliked: The ants in our room! We had an infestation of ants which was horrific, we had to move rooms to have a shower. Thankfully though we didn’t find them til the next morning so we slept fine
