Great value, friendly staff, really...

Liked: So close to the beach, shopping and dining options. The bird in the lobby and friendly staff.
Disliked: The cabinet drawer pulls and fronts of cabinets and bedroom dresser were dirty- they needed a good cleaning/ wipe down. Couldn’t get ice after a certain time in the evening because door was locked for quiet hours.

Exceptional

Liked: Love everything. Request Room not facing the main road as significant road noise starting from 6 AM.Would absolutely return

Could not have been lovelier.

Liked: Entire staff was so helpful and kind. I had an unexpected surprise come up on my last day and the front desk staff was generous and thoughtful and I appreciated the kindness and assistance very much.

Lack of security :(

Liked: Location is ok but we didn’t had the chance to explore. Facilities are ok and staffs are nice.
Disliked: We didn’t had the chance to enjoy our weekend trip and roam around the city since our car got robbed inside the hotel’s gated parking garage. Overall just a traumatic experience for us. Management said maybe someone got in the middle of the night even though their gate needs hotel keys to get in. There is a security camera but I guess nobody looks at them at night.
