Passable

Liked: Breakfast had no asian menu. All European Menu
Disliked: TV remote was not working.

Liked: I liked the friendliness of the staff.
Disliked: Didn't like the self serve dinner/breakfast. Had to be early to get anything appetising from the tables. My room wasn't completed......the ceiling hadn't been finished,pictures on a rail not yet hung...makes a difference with finishes

hotel/apartment good for family

Liked: the staff are really nice.breakfast price is reasonable.shuttle bus is on time.nice location.the apartment is big for a couple.nice for family with kids.
Disliked: the canister for liquid soap are not working properly.no soap in the restroom.a little dusty.

Good hotel but they need...

Liked: It's a nice hotel that is close to the airport. They have an airport shuttle.
Disliked: There are a few issues that they need to work out. There was not enough staff in the restaurant/bar area, so service was slow. Also, we got there after 8 pm and our rooms weren't ready.

Exceptional

Good

Liked: it is ok for one night sleep, the kids could run around there is a little playground outside and a swimming pool.
Disliked: the apartment was not that clean

Liked: we loved the location and the free shuttle service. The room was great.
Disliked: When we arrived at our room, none of the light worked. We were not told, nor was there signage on or near the card holder to let us know that the card had to be insertee in forder for the lights to work. Once we knew--we went downstairs and asked at the desk--we were fine, and I think it's a great way to conserve energy
