Lovely room above cafe

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Room was super clean and quiet. I would ask for a sea view next time.
Disliked: I would have preferred a couple of chairs in the room - especially as there is no lounge. Stair carpet was quite dirty which gave wrong impression as everything else was spotless.

Friendly Staff, Food and comfort

Liked: About 30 Minutes from Edinburg. Near the Fife Coast Path. In front of the beach. Parking nearby. Spacious room and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Well decorated. Friendly owner, Nice Staff. Breakfast and diner in-site. Cosy, beach vibes.

Excellent room and bed. Quiet...

Liked: Very comfortable and spacious room with a large bed. It was all very clean as well. The location was also very nice, right on the seaside. There was plenty of parking space right in front of the property.
Disliked: The room (#1) got inundated with the smell coming from the kitchen extractor fan from the early morning. It was really unpleasant.There was also a minor back and forth to get the details for the self check in, but this may have been due to some issues with the Booking reservation.

Exceptional

Liked: Our second stay. Lovely welcome. The rooms are large, airy and very comfortable with a huge double bed and tea/coffee. Lovely ensuite shower room . We ate lunch in the cafe, ordered a selection of food to eat in our room in the evening and also had breakfast the next morning. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. This is a great place to stay if sailing from the cruise port at Rosyth
