Family weekend in NY

Liked: Quiet location downtown.
Disliked: Family room was a bit small. It was my wife’s birthday while there. Most hotels I have stayed in have done something when told. Even if it’s just a card in the room to say welcome and happy birthday. We had breakfast included but it was incorrectly added to our bill. Fortunately noticed it. Front desk could address it. Needed to go to manager to approve which seems silly when they can see our room rate. However it was resolved quickly by the restaurant manager

Beautiful place to stay and...

Liked: This is a beautiful comfortable hotel. The rooms are comfortable and we had dinner in the restaurant for New Year’s Eve and it was delicious. The chef is amazing. There are parking garages right around the corner that are convenient but you need a reservation. It was a fun New Year’s Eve.
Disliked: It could not have been better.
