Great stay as always

Liked: I am a regular visitor at the Concorde Hotel and I enjoy my stay every time. The location is super convenient. Staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are very clean. A lady at the reception helped me with my taxi reservation and luggage storage.
Disliked: I enjoyed my coffee at the patio every morning, but I believe the complementary breakfast options could be better. A buffet would be a great addition.

Clean, comfortable, great location and...

Liked: The room is bigger than average NYC hotels. Minimalist and fairly new. Very comfortable and clean. I was worried about staying on the 26th floor and having to wait for the elevator too long, but I had no problem with it during my 4-night stay. The breakfast options were great for my taste. Great value for the area.

Superb

Liked: Clean neat and convenient.
Disliked: Check in is at 3pm. I arrived at 12pm, was told check in was only at 3pm however other people who arrived after me could check in. I was unwell and flew 14hrs. only when I asked then they magically had a room available.
