Fabulous

Liked: The staff were super friendly helpful and attentive- made the stay perfect. The bed was super comfy and huge.
Disliked: The spa was small and not well warmed ready for use.

Liked: They focus on excellentvcustomer service. It's really a TEAM concerted effort. AMAZING! Love the TOTO Washlet/Bidet...All the amenities are spot on & extremely clean room.
Disliked: ZERO complaints..They thought of everything to make you feel at home. Excellent all the way around!

Liked: The hotel was excellent in every way. It was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Their service went above and beyond — even when I forgot my daughter’s teddy bear after checking out, they made sure it was delivered back to me. I truly appreciated their honesty and care. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and smooth experience.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

Perfect stay

Liked: Everything was perfect.The room was very clean and full of optionals.The staff was lovely ready to assist us for any questions. The location is perfect to be able to walk around London.
