Clean, great location but air...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The air conditioning in the room was great, however if you have it on for longer than 10 minutes it would make an awful vibrating noise every minute until you turned it off. We were told that the system needed cleaning out and we couldn’t move rooms as they were fully booked. Not ideal with the heatwave and the window restrictor meant that we couldn’t open that to let fresh air in. The noise was loud enough to keep you awake as well so we had to turn it off whilst we slept.

Clean, quiet and comfy

Liked: Nice stay for last minute booking in perfect location for a gig at hyde park would recommend. Well kept rooms and spacious with great bathrooms. The location was nice and quiet as well for london.
Disliked: Only complaint was the room was on 7th floor and lift only went up to 6 so had to carry suitcase up stairs

Liked: our room was amazing.
Disliked: bed sheets had a few stains and the members of staff who help us were helpful but while checking in they where quite snappy and didn’t talk us through a lot.

Liked: Hotel was very clean and tidy, location was good, staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: I was in room 706 and there was a grinding sound every few mins so I had trouble sleeping. It sounded like it was coming from the air conditioner but unsure. It happened even when the air conditioner was switched off. I noticed it late evening, I went downstairs to reception but there was no one on the desk. Also, most hotel staff ask how your stay was when you check out, this one didn't.
