Liked: Great hotel I often stay at, recently refurbished very nicely.

It was a nice stay,...

Liked: It was in a very nice location, and the room was just spacious enough for two young adults. The staff was really nice, and overall it was a nice stay.
Disliked: The fan in the bathroom of our room didn’t work - it made a terrible noise when turned on - and so our room was left extremely humid after we showered. The elevator also didn’t reach our floor (7th floor) so we had to walk up cramped stairs to get to our room. The walls and doors were also very thin, but it was more than manageable with earplugs.

Peaceful and comfortable stay in...

Liked: The location was very convenient, there is a tube station nearby and also bus stops that have 24 h buses. The locality is safe and also quiet and peaceful. The rooms are economical and also compared to some other places in London for the same price it’s a decent size.
Disliked: Nothing

Great location, carpets in need...

Liked: Very close to the underground and Kensington Gardens. Check in staff had a professional manner, check out staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Carpets in particular were dirty looking. I think they had been hoovered but are in desperate need of a deep clean/replacement. We had a balcony room which was nice to get fresh air but there were broken vape parts from the previous guest lying on the ground.

Room quiet, good air conditioning,...

Liked: Location close to two tube stations. Circle line and Central Line Stations. Hotel staff pleasant and helpful.

Excellent location, some equipment missing.

Liked: Excellent location, close to the metro, the park and several nice cafes. The hotel is beautiful and clean! There is a nice gym.
Disliked: The single bed was ridiculously small and too close to the window. The curtains didn't prevent the light from coming in. The lamp next to the bed was broken. No towels or water in the gym.
