Honestly we would definitely stay...

Liked: Friendly, good location easy walk from Paddington & near to tub station , great value for money, air con - weather was really hot 😊 , nice powerful shower, clean, complimentary shower gel smelt lovely,
Disliked: We are not large people but we did find the shower cubicle really small (especially my husband 🙃)

Liked: Were very happy with our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see.
Disliked: The only thing to be aware of is that there is no regular elevator in the building, which could be a challenge for guests who have difficulty with stairs

Will be back when next...

Liked: Staff very courteous and professional. The room very clean and tidy. The air conditioner was a relief in the hot weather.
Disliked: An iron/ironing board in the room.

Liked: good location short distance to Paddington Station/ Lancaster Gate Station/ Hyde Park the hotel locates at a quiet street the exterior and lobby is gorgeous room is nice I love the complimentary milk
Disliked: it’s perfect if the reception can talk in a more friendly tone

Liked: Excellent hotel. Looks exactly like the photos. The rooms are super comfortable with all the necessary facilities. Decently large rooms for London.
