hotel was nice in general...

Disliked: The elevator was broken they put me on the second floor I had open heart surgery and copd and told me they were saving the first floor for handicapped people what I I would like to get a refund of some of my booking fee thanks please advise me [email protected] or 4106274551 Paul Rutter

HORRIBLE stay.

Liked: Not much
Disliked: So many things were horrible. Elevator doesnt work. Pool not open and filled with debris. Exposed pipes in shower. Exterior build door locks broken you had to pull duct tape to open the door. Anyone could just walk into thw building at any time. 2 TINY drawers for clothes. Room not stocked with any toilet paper or soap @ checking. Lobby coffee cold. Lobby water not refilled. Rooms half painted. Room clock was wrong so I got to the breakfast area with 5 minutes to spare on the first day when clock said I had 30 minutes. Most items were already removed from "buffet" staff member reach right in front of me and turnes off the juice machine that I was using and took the small bowl of fruit that was directly in front of me. Went back the 2nd morning with 2 hours to spare and most items were still not stocked Family traveling with us in another room had not water pressure in the shower and it took 15 minutes for the water to get warm not hot. We had shower pressure but barely enough pressure to flush the toilet. Cleaning staff was nice but only one of the front desk staff was nice they others extremely rude. I could go on and on but will leave that for our calls to corporate.

Overall I had a great...

Liked: I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the dining area. The location of hotel made it very convenient for me to access the highway.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the renovation work being done caused a lot of dust and debris that covered my vehicle and the inside dust tracked back to the room.

In all the hotel was...

Liked: It was very good. Loved the bed and all the linens. Very comfortable and everything was clean.
Disliked: The window was very foggy and could not see out of it. There was a family above us that had no control of their children running for exacting one hour and did not control them. It was very nerve racking to my husband and myself. We did call down to the lobby of to avail. Also the exhaust fan in bathroom shower did not work.
