Liked: Staff was great. Hotel was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent breakfast options. Location is good with lots of food options all around the hotel within walking distance.

NOT IN TENNESEE!!

Disliked: We were unaware that this facility was in Arkansas. We wanted to be in TN. We notified Booking. They said to phone the property. Initially they said they couldn’t do anything. We still needed a place to stay. for the night. It was pouring and we had a hungry 3 year old. Initially the front desk attendant said h was too busy to assist me. The manager stated they would not charge me, but refused to send me anything in writing. Booking said they would notify me after they heard from the resort. I never received anything. I need to check my bank statement. If I was charged, I will get the bank to reverse the charge.

Cool, clean, mostly comfortable

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the air worked great!
Disliked: The pillows were not very comfortable, and the fridge made a terrible noise.

Disliked: I did not like the gentleman that gave me back my deposit attitude once I checked out. I have 5 children all girls.they was painting their nails yes the nail polish was a little strong.so I do apologize for that.he processed to say with an attitude “THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOTEL!” Yes it was my youngest birthday we did have balloons but it wasn’t a party! Just my children! After I told him it wasn’t what he was thinking he still was rude I just walked out and left but OVERALL IT WAS AN AMAZING STAY! And Yes I made sure everything was back in place and clean
