Liked: Easy to find; clean rooms.
Disliked: Ice maker broken on my floor.

First room we were given was awful so I had to get our stuff and go back down to ask for another room. The pool was nasty and there were yellow jackets near the outdoor table by the pool where we were sitting, along with ants. It just didn't seem like a clean, upgraded hotel. I will never stay there again. I am not happy with the stay there. I was there with my daughter for a concert which was great and she loves to swim but said the pool was nasty and smelled like pee. We went to another concert in Atlanta before the 4th of July and got a much nicer room for less money than this one in Charlotte.

Disliked: First room was nasty and smelled of smoke; mildew.

Old hotel that badly needs refurbishing. It has great potential but it just hasn't been updated in many years. Breakfast was minimal. We ate elsewhere.

Liked: Fairly clean.
Disliked: Everything old and outdated.

Disliked: The breakfast seemed more like continental. There was no ice available, they were redirecting guests to other floors for ice only to find the other floors didn’t have it. Coffee is horrible, key card wasn’t working and wasn’t near my phone.

Disliked: The hotel requires a $100 deposit I didn’t know about the manager stated they don’t post it on their site. Very disappointing. Air conditioning didn’t work well. Lobby smells awful

Liked: The staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was great.
Disliked: My second night there we observed a group of men in the parking lot rolling dice, smoking Marijuana, and drinking. It's a nice hotel, it's just some people try and bring it down.
